I work Mon-Fri, 10am till 5pm, UK time. All communications and work will be dealt with within those hours, unless previously agreed and in exceptional circumstances.

I allocate work for each clients to specific days of the week. If urgent tasks come up, I will do my best to support you but I can't guarantee that I will be free to do so. To avoid disappointment, please allow at least 48 hours for new tasks to be completed.

Communication will happen via email (ilaria@ilariasambi.com) and Clickup. I will create a Clickup board and we'll use it to track tasks and priorities. If you are already familiar with another PM tool (like Trello) and would prefer to use what you are familiar with, please let me know.

The time spent answering to your emails, in videocalls with you, installing software, uploading and downloading material is considered billable time.

We will be having bi-weekly calls to check on progress and performance.

I accept payments with Stripe and bank transfer. If you want to pay in a different currency than GBP, I'd recommend to look into Wise in order to save on the currency exchange fees compared to banks.
